Porch Concepts knows that you will be extremely happy with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on all “in-stock” purchases available on our online store. Sorry, no returns or refunds on special order items. If there are any defects or damage during delivery, Porch Concepts must be notified within 7 days of receipt to process a return or exchange of the item.

PICK UP
Porch Concepts offers free pickup at our showroom location, 6821 Market Street in Wilmington NC, or you have the option to have your items delivered. However, Porch Concepts is not responsible for any damage during loading and transport if you should choose self-pickup. Please bring your own help and or any moving blankets, straps, etc. to help secure the load.
DELIVERY
We offer three different (WHITE GLOVE) delivery options, depending on your location. At the present time, we only offer delivery in these services areas. If you live outside these delivery areas, please contact our showroom to see if other arrangements are possible. Delivery options are as follows.
Delivery to Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach NC ($100)
Delivery to Leland, Belville, Carolina Beach or Winnabow NC ($125)
Delivery to Hampstead, Shallotte, Southport or Wallace NC ($150)
