Porch Concepts knows that you will be extremely happy with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on all “in-stock” purchases available on our online store. Sorry, no returns or refunds on special order items. If there are any defects or damage during delivery, Porch Concepts must be notified within 7 days of receipt to process a return or exchange of the item.
Warranty
Breezesta offer a 20 year warranty on all parts and materials. You must contact the original dealer of sale, Porch Concepts, to facilitate the warranty claim.

PICK UP
Porch Concepts offers free pickup at our showroom location, 6821 Market Street in Wilmington NC, or you have the option to have your items delivered. However, Porch Concepts is not responsible for any damage during loading and transport if you should choose self-pickup. Please bring your own help and or any moving blankets, straps, etc. to help secure the load.
DELIVERY
We offer “WHITE GLOVE” delivery options, depending on your location. At the present time, we only offer delivery options in selected services areas. Delivery Options are listed during checkout process. If you live outside these delivery areas, please contact our showroom to see if other arrangements are possible.
