The decision to bring Porch Concepts into the Casual Furniture World fold was an easy one because, at our core, we are cut from the same cloth.

• Family-Owned Roots: Casual Furniture World was founded in 1985 by the Rowell family and continues that legacy today under family ownership. Similarly, Porch Concepts was built by Paul and Mary Maki, fueled by a passion for the "American Dream" and a deep love for the local community.

• Local Hearts: Both companies began as independent businesses dedicated to helping neighbors make the most of their homes in the Carolinas.   

This partnership is built on a shared passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces and genuine, personal service. Because our histories are so similar, this transition feels less like a merge and more like a perfect fit.
